Customs, Duties & Taxes for International ShippingUpdated a day ago
Just a note—this information doesn’t apply to orders shipping within the EU Customs Union.
If your order is headed outside the U.S., you may be charged customs fees like taxes, duties, or processing charges before it can be delivered. These fees aren’t included in the shipping cost and are set by your country.
We totally get that customs stuff can be confusing! If you have questions or run into issues, your local customs office is the best place to check. Since these fees aren’t charged by us, they can’t be refunded—and if they go unpaid, the package will be returned to us.
We’re not able to estimate these charges ahead of time, and sometimes customs processing can delay your order. If your package seems to be taking a while, it might be waiting at your customs office for payment.
Also, keep an eye out—even after delivery, some customs offices send a separate invoice for fees a few weeks later.
Before placing your order, it’s a good idea to check your country’s customs policies so there are no surprises!
And one last thing: international shipping laws don’t allow us to mark your package as a “gift.”
